Cancellation Policy:

  • Android users: Manage subscriptions in Google Play settings.

  • Website users: Cancel via your CostRefund account settings.

 

9. App Store & Google Play Compliance

Our mobile apps comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Users agree to:

  • Use the apps only as permitted by Apple and Google.

  • Allow app updates to maintain compliance with app store policies.

  • Acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for support or liability issues related to CostRefund.

Refunds for in-app purchases are processed through Apple and Google directly.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

CostRefund is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for:

  • Missed refunds or financial losses.

  • Errors in tracking Costco price adjustments.

  • Service interruptions beyond our control.

Users must submit their own price adjustment claims to Costco.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Nevada law.

By using CostRefund, you waive the right to participate in class actions.

Apple and Google are not responsible for handling disputes related to our services.

 

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Major updates will be posted on our website and mobile apps.

  • Continued use of CostRefund after updates means you accept the new Terms.
